Ingredients
7 tbsp. butter
2 cups almond flour
¾ cup granulated sweetener
2 oz. dark chocolate
2 eggs
1 tbsp. orange zest
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Directions
1. Mix the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and granulated sweetener.
2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and then mix it with the orange juice, orange zest, orange extract and vanilla extract.
3. Combine both mixtures and add the broken-up chocolate and eggs. Make sure they are well mixed.
4. Place the dough oven a baking sheet on a cookie sheet, forming rectangles and cut it into 16.
5. Bake at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
