    Keto White Chocolate Bark

    This awesome option is made with cocoa butter, which will change your perspective on chocolate altogether.

    Serves 12

    Ingredients

    2 oz. cocoa butter

    ⅓ cup low-carb sweetener

    1 tsp. vanilla powder

    ½ tsp. hemp seed powder

    1 tsp. toasted pumpkin seeds

    Salt

    Directions

    1. Chop the cocoa butter into fine pieces.

    2. Prepare a double boiler. Put the water in the outer pot and place the cocoa butter in the inner pot. Melt over a medium heat.

    3. Mix the remaining ingredients.

    4. Grease a small bowl with coconut oil. When the cocoa butter is melted, mix with the rest of the ingredients and pour into the greased bowl.

    5. Let the mixture cool, then remove from the bowl and break into 12 pieces.
