    Keto Macaroons

    Delicious coconut flavored macaroons that are as close to the original as you can get.

    Serves 1

    Ingredients

    4 egg whites

    1 tsp. vanilla

    1 cup artificial sweetener

    4½ tsp. water

    ½ cup unsweetened coconut

    Directions

    1. Mix the white eggs with the liquid ingredients. Add the coconut and mix. Blend with an immersion blender to achieve a nicer consistency.

    2. Place the batter on a greased pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 325°F.
