    Sausage Balls with Cheese

    Serves: 2-3

    Preparation time: 25 minutes

    Ingredients:

    20 ounces pork sausage for breakfast
    2 ounces cheddar cheese,
    20 small cubes of cheddar cheese
    Fat for frying
    Preparation: Remove the sausage meat the skins and mix in the grated cheese. Take the individual cubes of cheddar cheese and hand mold the meat mixture around the cubes into small balls. Heat the fat in a skillet and fry the sausage balls until browned on all sides.

    Serving Suggestion: This hearty is best served warm.
