    Chicken and Bacon Wraps

    Serves: 3-4

    Preparation time: 35 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1.5  pounds of chicken fillets
    12 bacon strips
    Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and cover a baking tray with aluminum foil. Cut the fillets and bacon strips into 25 pieces. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and then on the foil lined tray with the bacon facing downwards. Bake for about 25minutes until brown and the bacon is crisp. Drain the excess fat away on a paper towel before serving.

    Serving Suggestion: Place a cocktail stick in chicken wrap and serve with a simple tomato sauce for dipping.
