Pepperoni Pizza on a Cheese BaseCrust
Preparation time: 40 minutes
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Italian herb seasoning or herbs of your choice
2 ounces pepperoni, chopped
Preparation: Heat a large skillet over a medium heat and then sprinkle in the cheese to completely cover the base. Add garlic, pepperoni, and herb seasoning when the cheese starts to bubble. When the edges of the pizza begin to brown and it begins to loosen from the bottom of the skillet, slide the pizza out onto a serving plate.
Serving Suggestion: This pizza doesn’t have the traditional cheese sauce, but you could serve as pizza sauce infused with rosemary, oregano, and basil for the slices to be dipped into while eating.
