Ingredients:
2 cups raw cauliflower crumbs
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan
4 fresh eggs
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives
Salt to taste
Butter for greasing
Preparation: Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Add a ½ cup of this batter into your hot waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and cool. You can also cook on a hot griddle if you don´t have a waffle maker.
Serving Suggestion: If you like a sweet and salty combination, a bit of elderberry syrup would go great with this filling breakfast.
