    Sushi Rolls—Bacon Style

    Serves: 3-4

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 pound smoky bacon slices
    4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. hot chili sauce
    Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. Lay the bacon slices on a baking tray and bake until well browned for about 18 minutes. Place the bacon on a mat with the edges of each slice slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with the cheese and hot sauce and roll up as you would with sushi. Place the tray back into the over for 8 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove, let cool, and slice into 12 rolls.

    Serving Suggestion: You will want to serve this hot. Accompany with a breakfast drink.
