    Lamb Fillet with Rosemary and Spices

    Serves: 2

    Preparation time: 35 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 tbsp.ground cumin
    1 tbsp.ground turmeric
    3 drops liquid stevia extract (adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp.hazelnut oil (or other nut oil)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp.fresh cilantro, chopped
    ground Salt and pepperto season
    2 pounds lamb fillet
    1 small bunch fresh mint, chopped
    4 ounces thick plain yogurt
    Vegetable oil for frying
    20rosemary stalks
    Preparation: Mix together the first seven ingredients in a large bowl and season              to taste. Next, cut the lamb into strips and put in bowl to allow to marinade overnight. After marinating, mix the mint and yogurt. Thread the lamb onto rosemary skewers and fry on high heat in the vegetable oil until evenly browned. Serve with the yogurt and mint dip for a lovely meal.

    Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle the yogurt with whole mint leaves for some extra punch.

    Tip: You can easily grow your own rosemary outside your home.
