    Salami Rollups

    Serves: 3

    Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:

    8 large slices salami
    8 ounces cream cheese
    ½ cup plain yogurt
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    A bit of Worcestershire sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Preparation: Mix together everything but the salami and divide into nine even portions. Put one portion along the middle of a slice of salami and roll up from one side. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

    Serving Suggestion: Have a bowl of olive oil infused with rosemary for dipping these slices.
