Preparation time: 30 minutes
2 cups grated mozzarella
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 tbsp. sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 tsp. chili salsa
Salt and pepper
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place ½ cup scoops of the cheese on the baking tray and bake until melted and crunchy. When cooled, roll like a wrap and fill with the cooked chicken, onions, salsa, and sour cream.
Serving Suggestion: You can switch the chicken breasts for pork if you want the authentic Mexican “al pastor” taco flavor.
