    Cucumber and Avocado Croutes

    Serves: 3

    Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cucumber, cut into thin slices
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 large avocado
    Fresh lemon juice to taste
    3 drops of hot sauce (optional)
    Slices of green onion or chives
    3 ounce can of salmon, flaked
    Preparation: Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and mash it with the cream cheese. Beat well until smooth. Add seasonings including lemon juice and the hot sauce. Add this mixture onto the cucumber slice and top with flaked salmon and some onion or chives. Enjoy! Serving Suggestion:
