Parmesan and Walnut Wafers

Preparation time: 10 minutes


1 tbsp. of unsalted butter
6 ounces parmesan cheese that is grated finely
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Fresh thyme and rosemary
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line your baking trays with parchment or wax paper. Mix together the butter and cheese and then fold in the walnuts. Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture onto the trays and sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Let brown in the oven for 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

Serving Suggestion: These go great with a bit of oil and vinegar.
