Ingredients:
12 baby bell peppers
2 large ripe avocados
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. hot chili sauce
12 pieces of bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and cut the peppers lengthwise into halves. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until tender. While cooling, fry the bacon in a large skillet until brown. When cool, crumble the bacon and add to the mashed avocado flesh along with the lemon juice, cilantro, chili sauce and seasoning to taste. Fill the peppers with the avocado mixture and enjoy.9.
