Preparation time: 10 minutes
4 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 small red onion very finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Paprika or a little cayenne pepper to garnish
Preparation: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Remove the flesh with a spoon a large glass bowl and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix finely.
Serving Suggestion: This can be eaten by itself or served with any bread substitute.
