Preparation time: 15 minutes
30 small spears of fresh green asparagus
12 slices prosciutto ham
Olive oil with sprigs of rosemary
Preparation: Thoroughly wash and dry the asparagus spears and snap off the root end if too tough. Cut the ham and wrap around each asparagus spear. In a large frying pan, heat a little olive oil and fry the wrapped asparagus for about 5 minutes turning regularly. Serve hot for a great snack.
Serving Suggestion: This can also make a great meal when added to any bread substitute.
