Pork Skins

Preparation time: 1.5 hours


2 pounds pork skin with a good fat layer
Fine sea salt
Preparation: .Preheat your oven to 325° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the pork skin into thin strips and then run with the sea salt. Place the skin, fat side down on the prepared baking sheet and cook for about 1.5 hours. Break along the scored lines and serve.

Serving Suggestion: This is a high protein snack, so it is best to only eat this snack on a day when the rest of your protein intake has been low.
