    Mango and Coconut Pudding

    Serves: 3

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 400ml can full-fat coconut milk
    1/3 cup white chia seeds
    1 cup fresh mango, diced
    1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
    Preparation: Combine the coconut milk, white chia seeds, and mango and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or until gelled. Add toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.

    Serving Suggestion: This recipe can also be frozen for a type of Popsicle.
