Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup pumpkin purée, unsweetened
¼ cup almond milk, unsweetened or water
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or plain) or egg white powder
¼ cup crème fraiche or sour cream or plain full fat yogurt or coconut milk
2-3 drops liquid stevia
1 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil
¼ cup coconut cream on top
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Top with coconut cream.
