Ingredients:
2 large eggs or 2 tbsp. chia seeds or 2 tbsp. coconut butter
½ cup sour cream or coconut milk
¼ cup whey protein or egg white protein powder
1 extra virgin coconut oil
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-5 drops Stevia extract
¼ cup water + ½ cup ice
Preparation: Place everything into a blender. Pulse for a couple of minutes and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: While some people may not like the idea of eating raw eggs, you can purchase pasteurized eggs to calm any fears you may have.
