    Chocolate Smoothie the Keto Way

    Serves: 2

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 large eggs or 2 tbsp. chia seeds or 2 tbsp. coconut butter
    ¼ cup heavy whipping cream or coconut milk
    ¼ cup whey protein or egg white protein powder
    1 tbsp. MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
    1 tbsp. cacao powder, unsweetened
    3-5 drops Stevia extract
    ¼ cup water + ½ cup ice
    Preparation: Add all of the ingredients to the blender and pulse until well mixed. Serve immediately.

    Serving Suggestion: If you want to cut back on the protein, simply don’t add the whey protein or egg white protein powder.
