Coffee the Keto Way

Preparation time: 5 minutes


1 cup brewed coffee
1 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
1 tbsp. unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. of gelatin, hydrolyzed which does not cause liquids to gel
¼ – ½ tsp. cinnamon
3-5 drops of stevia or a teaspoon of Erythritol or Swerve
2 tbsp. coconut milk or heavy whipping cream
Preparation: Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Suggestion: If you like your coffee hot, place in the microwave for 30 seconds before serving.
