MAKES: 1 serving · PREP TIME: 5 minutes (not including time to brew coffee)
By now, you have undoubtedly seen a lot of fatty coffee recipes. They go by different names, such as boosted coffee, bulletproof coffee, fat-fueled coffee, and butter coffee. I like to call my own personal version keto coffee, or just boosted coffee. Why? Well, because it gives me the fatty boost that I need in the morning.
INGREDIENTS
•8 ounces freshly brewed dark roast coffee
•1 tablespoon butter-flavored coconut oil or coconut oil
•1 scoop vanilla MCT oil powder
•1 scoop collagen peptides
•2 teaspoons monk fruit–sweetened caramel syrup or vanilla syrup, or more to taste (optional)
•Splash of unsweetened coconut or almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a blender or milk frother and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 12-ounce coffee cup to serve.
