    CUCUMBER LIME LAVENDER SPRITZER

    The floral notes of the lavender pair perfectly with the lime to make an aromatic and fresh cocktail. This drink is also fantastic with gin or rum.

    INGREDIENTS

    •4 lime wedges, plus more for garnish

    •4 slices English cucumber, plus more for garnish

    •1 teaspoon fresh lavender buds, plus more for garnish

    •2 ounces vodka

    •1 ounce fresh lime juice

    •2 teaspoons powdered erythritol

    •5 ounces club soda

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Fill a 16-ounce highball glass with ice.

    2. Put the lime wedges, cucumber slices, and lavender buds in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the limes and cucumbers are crushed and have released their liquids.

    3. Add the vodka, lime juice, and erythritol to the shaker, then cap and shake.

    4. Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass. Top with the club soda and garnish with lime wedges and lavender buds.
