    LIME SRIRACHA AIOLI

    MAKES: about 1½ cups (2 tablespoons per serving) · PREP TIME: 5 minutes

    I love the vibrant flavors of this aioli. The heat of the Sriracha is perfectly balanced by the acidity of the lime juice. It is an excellent dipping sauce for recipes like Crispy Oven-Fried Pickles (here) and Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Fries (here), or even as a spread for Meatloaf Burgers (here). Despite its simplicity, this is an incredibly versatile and flavor-packed sauce.

    INGREDIENTS

    •1 cup mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade (here)

    •¼ cup Sriracha sauce

    •4 cloves garlic, minced

    •Juice of 1 small lime

    DIRECTIONS

    Put all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
