    FAJITA SEASONING

    MAKES: 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon per serving) · PREP TIME: 5 minutes

    This fajita seasoning is so quick and easy to throw together. It’s also much healthier than the store-bought seasoning packets. I like to make a triple or quadruple batch so I always have some on hand for simple weeknight dinners like a Chicken Fajita Sheet Pan Meal (here).

    INGREDIENTS

    •1 tablespoon chili powder

    •1½ teaspoons ground cumin

    •1¼ teaspoons sea salt

    •1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules, or 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed

    •1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    •1 teaspoon garlic powder

    •1 teaspoon onion powder

    •½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves

    •½ teaspoon granular erythritol (optional)

    •¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container or spice jar.

    tip: One batch of this seasoning is perfect for 1 pound of protein.
