Ingredients

• 1 bunch lacinato kale, about 6 ounces or 170g, destemmed and thinly sliced
• 10 ounces / 285g fresh Brussels sprouts, shaved
• 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
• ½ cup / 60g roasted and salted pecan halves
• ½ cup / 75g crumbled blue cheese
