Ingredients
• Cheddar – 1/3 cup
• Eggs – 1
• Flaxseed (ground) – 1 teaspoon
• Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon
• Canadian bacon piece – 2 tablespoons
• Parmesan – 1/3 cup
Preparation Method
1. Cook Canadian bacon in pan
2. Add egg, cheddar cheese, flaxseed and baking powder then mix
3. Shred part of parmesan cheese in waffle iron and grease plate
4. Pour mixture and top with remaining parmesan cheese
5. Cook till crisp
6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
