    Crunchy Provolone Cheese Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Provolone Cheese – ½ cup
    • Eggs – 1
    • Bread crumbs – ½ cup
    • Pickle juice – 1 tablespoon
    • Pickle slices – 8

    Preparation Method

    1. Pre-heat waffle iron
    2. Mix ingredients together and pour thin layer onto waffle iron
    3. Add drained pickle slices
    4. Top with remaining mixture and cook till crisp
    5. Takes 5 min to prepare, 5 min to cook and serves 2 – serve while hot
