Pecorino Romano. Chaffles

Ingredients

• Cheddar – 1/3 cup
• Pecorino Romano – 1/3 cup
• Eggs – 1
• Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon
• Flaxseed (ground) – 1 teaspoon
• Olive (sliced) – 6 to 8

Preparation Method

1. Add cheddar cheese, flaxseed, egg and baking powder in a bowl and mix
2. Shred half Pecorino Romano cheese on waffle iron and lightly grease plate
3. Pour mixture and top with olives and remaining Pecorino Romano cheese
4. Cook till crisp
5. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
