    Bacon and Sour Cream Chaffles

    Ingredients

    For Chaffles

    • Cheddar – 1 cup
    • Sour cream – 3 tablespoons

    For Sandwich

    • American cheese – 2 slices
    • Bacon pieces – 4
    • Sour cream – 2 tablespoons

    Preparation Method

    1. Pre-heat and grease waffle maker
    2. Mix Sour cream and cheddar cheese together
    3. Pour mixture onto waffle plate and cook till crunchy
    4. Cook bacon pieces till crispy then dry then
    5. Fry Sour cream and add it in between two chaffles alongside bacon and cheese slices
    6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
