    Quinoa Parmigiano-Reggiano Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
    • Eggs – 2
    • Quinoa flour – 2 tablespoons

    Preparation Method

    1. Pre-heat and grease waffle iron
    2. Mix Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and eggs in one bowl
    3. Add the Quinoa flour into mixture to enhance texture
    4. Pour mixture onto waffle plate and cook till crunchy
    5. Garnish ready and slightly cooled chaffles with preferred garnish
    6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
