    Provolone Veggie Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Provolone cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
    • Eggs – 2

    Vegetables

    • Tomato (sliced) – 1 small
    • Onion (sliced) – 1 small
    • Broccoli – 1 cup
    • White pepper (as desired)
    • Salt (as desired)

    For sauce

    • Oyster sauce – 1 tablespoon
    • Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
    • Stevia sweetener – 1 teaspoon
    • Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoons

    Preparation Method

    1. Mix ketchup, Stevia sweetener , Worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl
    2. Boil broccoli, strain excess water then add pepper and salt for taste
    3. Pre-heat and grease waffle maker
    4. Mix eggs and chaffle ingredients in one bowl
    5. Pour mixture onto waffle plate and spread evenly and cook till crunchy
    6. Allow the chaffles to cool for a minute then serve with already prepared vegetables and sauce
