Ingredients
Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1/3 cup
Eggs – 1
Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon
Flaxseed (ground) – 1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese (shredded) – 1/3 cup
Preparation Method
Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese in one bowl
Shred half parmesan cheese on waffle iron to grease plate
Pour mixture and top with remaining shredded parmesan cheese
Cook till crispy
