    Cinnamon Maple Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Mozzarella (shredded) – ½ cup
    • Egg – 1
    • Low carb maple syrup – 1 tablespoon
    • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
    • Quinoa flour – 1 tablespoon
    • Cinnamon – a sprinkle

    Mix all the ingredients properly and then cook in waffle maker till crispy.
