Ingredients:
• 3 Large eggs
• ¼ tsp Cream of tartar
• 100g Cream Cheese
• Pinch of salt
1. You will need to separate the whites from the yolks of your eggs. The whites should be placed in a bowl and whisked with the cream of tartar until the mixture is thick. Separately you will need to whisk the yolks, full fat cream cheese and a pinch of salt. This should be mixed until smooth.
2. You can then fold your egg whites into the other mixture. It is important to fold and not stir as this will keep the air trapped in the mixture. You must repeat the folding process until it is all blended.
3. Finally, place six mounds onto a baking sheet and put in a pre-heated oven at 300 Fahrenheit for approximately thirty minutes.
