Chia Bread

    This is another alternative which is both tasty and holds together very well to make delicious sandwiches.


    • ½ cup coconut flour
    • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
    • ¼ cup chia seeds
    • 5 eggs
    • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • Salt
    • Baking soda
    • 4 Tbsp coconut oil

    1. Start by mixing the coconut flour with the almond flour, chia seeds, baking soda and a little salt. Separately mix the eggs, vinegar and coconut oil.

    2. Once the ingredients have been mixed fully you can mix the two bowls together; creating a batter like mixture. Simply pour this into a loaf pan and put into the oven for forty five minutes. The temperature will need to be set at 350 Fahrenheit. It is advisable to let it cool before slicing or it will not slice well!


    Assuming this loaf is cut into fifteen slices each one would have the following; 133 calories, 11g fat, 5g protein and 3g net carbs.
