What you will need:

• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1 cup peanut flour
• 3 tbsp. coconut flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup stevia
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 cup stevia

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray, or line them with parchment paper and set them aside.
3. You are going to use two different bowls. Combine all the wet ingredients in one bowl and all the dry ingredients in another. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing the entire time.
4. Continue to mix as the dough forms. Once it has the right consistency, take a spoon and place rounded cookies on each cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart per row.
5. Only make two rows.
6. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and place on a rack to cool.
