    Now That’s Peanut Butter Cookies

    What you will need:

    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 1/3 cup Splenda
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Spray 2 cookie sheets with no stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper and set aside.
    3. You are going to use 2 different bowls. Combine all the wet ingredients in one bowl, and all the dry ingredients in another. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing the entire time.
    4. Continue to mix as a dough forms. Once it is the right consistency, take a spoon and place rounded cookies on each cookie sheet about 2 inches apart per row.
    5. Only make 2 rows.
    6. Place in the oven and bake 12 minutes.
    7. Remove from oven and place on rack to cool.
