    Sugar Free Peanut Butter Ice Cream

    • Unsweetened almond milk
    • Natural peanut butter
    • Cream cheese
    • Stevia
    • Vanilla extract

    1. Creating this ice cream is simple! Simply add 2 ½ cups of almond milk to ½ cup peanut butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. You will also need a tablespoon of stevia.
    2. Then blend all the ingredients for several minutes to ensure they are well mixed. You can taste it at this stage and adjust any part of the recipe you need to.
    3. Once blended, add to an ice cream maker and churn for approximately twenty minutes. Then place it in a freezer container and freeze! It should be ready to eat in approximately one hour.
