    INGREDIENTS:

     

    • 2 slices protein bread

    • 2 tbsp baconaise mayo (see baconaise recipe)

    • 2 slices red leaf lettuce

    • 1 slice tomato

    • 2 slices bacon, cooked

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Slice the protein bread, spread with baconaise, top with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Makes 1 serving.
