INGREDIENTS:
• 7 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
• 14 tbsp (1 ¾ sticks) organic butter or coconut oil
• 1 ¼ cup Swerve Sweetener (Confectioners Style)
• 1 tbsp. stevia glycerite (adjust to desired sweetness)
• 5 large eggs
• 1 tbsp. coconut flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch pan and line it with parchment paper (or use mini muffin tins).
2. Grease parchment paper. Brown the butter (if desired; it tastes way better!) in a saucepan.
3. Once the butter is brown (not black!), slowly add the chocolate (don’t burn the chocolate). Add the sweetener. Mix well and let cool (in the fridge to speed up the process).
4. Once cool, add one egg at a time, mixing until well combined.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with cream cheese frosting.
It makes 10 servings.
