Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cup almond butter
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup Stevia sweetener
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 320 F. Line a square baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Knead the mixture with your hands.
3. After the ingredients are mixed, roll into heaped teaspoon-sized balls and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are browning. Let it cool on a wire rack. Serve.
