Ingredients
• 1 cup almonds, chopped
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 1/4 cups almond flour
• 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 3 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flour
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup Stevia powder
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees.
2. In a bowl, whisk the butter and sweetener. Add the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
4. Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle the dough with chopped almonds over top.
5. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Let it cool and cut it into chunks. Serve.
