    Lemony Cream Cheese Bombshells

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and softened
    • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 teaspoon pure lemon extract
    • 3/4 cup granular Stevia

    Preparation

    1. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer several minutes, until soft.

    2. When ready, place cream cheese mixture in teaspoons, one by one, onto a wax paper-lined sheet.

    3. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours. Remove to freezer and serve frozen.
