Ingredients
• 1 cup almond butter or soaked almonds
• 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 2 tsp. liquid Stevia sweetener to taste
• Topping: Chocolate Sauce
• 4 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 2 tablespoons of almond butter
• 2 Tbsp. Stevia sweetener
Preparation
1. Melt the coconut oil in room temperature.
2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and blend well until combined.
3. Pour the almond butter mixture into a parchment-lined platter.
4. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
5. In a bowl, whisk all the topping ingredients together. Pour over the almond cake after it’s been set. Cut into cubes and serve.
