Ingredients
• 6 oz. shrimp, precooked
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 can (11 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
• 6 scallions
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
• 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a frying pan, sauté shrimps over medium heat with butter and red pepper flakes for 5–10 minutes. Chop the artichoke hearts.
3. In a bowl, combine all your ingredient and mix until well blended.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Serve hot.
