Ingredients
• 4 slices Pancetta bacon
• 2 Frigo strings of Provolone cheese (or Mozzarella, Kasseri, Emmenthal, etc.)
• 1/2 cup coconut oil for frying
• toothpicks
Preparation
1. Preheat your coconut oil in a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Wrap your cut in half Provolone cheese sticks with the Pancetta. At the end of the wrapping, secure with a toothpick.
3. Drop the bacon-wrapped cheese in the hot oil and cook about 2–3 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon.
4. Remove your pancetta-wrapped Wrapped Provolone Sticks to a paper towel to cool for a few minutes. Remove the toothpick and serve.
