Ingredients:
• 4 tsp. maple extract
• 8 eggs
• 4 tsp. cinnamon
• 8 coconut oil
• 2 ¾ pork rinds
Directions:
1. Put the pork in the blender and pulse until it becomes a fine powder. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix them until smooth.
2. Heat a skillet to medium (300-400°F) and add the coconut oil into it. Pour batter into the skillet, fry it until golden brown (around 2 minutes), and of course, don’t forget to flip it!
3. Bonus: If you want a sweet finish, you can add some fruit (for example, strawberries) to it.
