    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz. lettuce
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 cherry tomato
    • 1 oz. Edam cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
    • ½ oz. butter

    Directions:

    1. Rinse and cut the lettuce. Then use it as the base of your sandwich.
    2. Cover the leaves with butter and place the cheese, avocado, and tomato on top of it.
